Welcome to the High Performance Rugby Program in Southwest Ontario!
Our Mission is to develop high level Rugby skills in players as they progress through the pathway, while helping them develop as individuals on and off the field.We are excited to show the grassroots development within our 12 local clubs and the talented athletes who are home to Southwestern Ontario.
Join us for an exhilarating journey of rugby excellence this summer 2024! We're proud to introduce our new program, dedicated to boys and girls across Southwest Ontario who are ready to elevate their rugby.
You must be registered with a southwest club prior to the start of our season.
Why SouthWest?
Program Excellence:Top-tier coaching and high level competition for athletes aiming for high performance rugby. We are offering multiple SWRU age grade teams that will be highly competitive throughout the summer in both 7s and 15s.
History: Southwest U16 boys were U16 Interbranch 15s champs in 2023.
Southwest U18 Boys 7s were 3rd out of 8th in Rugby Ontario High Performance Interbranch 7s Tournament this February.
Inclusivity:Fostering positive growth together a team and utilizing teamwork at an elite level of play to be successful.
