The emergency action plan needs to be apart of your clubs operation,
please review and establish the required protocols.

The risk management plan is to assist all individuals to watch for, minimize and eliminate risk both on and off the field, this should all players and club personnel's responsibility.

RISK MANAGEMENT


All exhibition games must be sanctioned in order for insurance to be in place, therefore no sanction, no insurance and no game, the form attached requires completion and forward to rugbyregistration@rugbyontario.com

GAME SANCTIONING FORM

Rugby Ontario is implementing a Child Protection Program and effective 2009 all persons working with children are required to have a police check completed.  Each branch will have a person in place to communicate with the clubs individual responsible for CPP.  Attached are the required forms and criteria.

 Rugby Ontario has developed and guideline for the development of Junior Rugby Programs, please review and any questions or assistance can be directed to the webmaster.
